Vanessa goes to work at Oscar's apartment hired by Alicia. Clara distributes a circular in which she definitely resigns from the presidency of the building because people from the lower class now live there.

Oscar signs the purchase of the apartment, buys a new taxi, and goes on a date with Jessica. Later they decide to go to the apartment and there they run into Tatiana.

Óscar spends his birthday in jail after throwing a party at his house. He also buys the lottery and meets Tatiana, whom he accompanies at the funeral of her friend Rosita. Rodolfo asks Tatiana to be a partner in the company.

Oscar buys expensive appliances and furniture and says goodbye to his neighborhood to move into his new apartment, where he throws his first party. The new neighbors begin to complain about the noise.

Doña Ruca forces her son to check his bank balance and they realize that he practically has no money. During the meeting of the building, Óscar apologizes to all his neighbors and promises not to have parties again.

Oscar does not know how to use the washing machine and fills up his apartment with foam, causing damage to 'Poncho' and his wife's apartment. Clara and her husband complain to Oscar about the noise he makes while watching a soccer game. Tatiana tells him to read the building regulations.

Doña Ruca puts Jessica to do chores. Meanwhile, Oscar and Henry watch a soccer game and read the building's regulations. Tatiana lights the candles alone in her building but Oscar arrives to keep her company and later they go to see the city's Christmas lights.

Oscar invites his mother-in-law, his girlfriend, and his mother to lunch. As soon as he sees the value of administration, Oscar decides to tell Tatiana that he's out of money.

Oscar goes to Tatiana's apartment and tells her what he's invested his money in. While there, Rodolfo and Jessica arrive and Tatiana prepares pasta for all of them to eat together. Rodolfo tells Oscar not to confuse his friendship with Tatiana.

Oscar promises his neighbors to give Christmas gifts to the children. Henry and Óscar, trying to fix the damage to Sara's apartment, end up breaking a water pipe.

Nobody knows anything about Sara, her husband and her neighbors worry. Tatiana advises Oscar on what to sell to pay off his debts. Doña Ruca suffers severe pain and faints.

Doña Ruca feels bad and asks for help, the neighbors take her to a hospital and Oscar arrives with Tatiana, who lends him the money to pay. Rodolfo angrily waits for Tatiana in the building and when he sees her, he complains to her for having gone out with Oscar.

Oscar plans to sell the TVs and then goes to his mother's house with Tatiana. In the end, he takes Doña Ruca to his apartment, but she feels very bored there.

Tatiana asks Oscar why he said that he had lent her money. Doña Ruca makes tamales and distributes them to all the residents of the building. Alvaro, Clara's husband, flirts with his service maid.

Tatiana and Oscar spend the new year together. Later Rodolfo finds Oscar in Tatiana's apartment coming out of the bathroom in a towel. Rodolfo gets angry and leaves, but when he returns, Tatiana breaks up with him.

Patico begins to miss Henry and realizes that he is a good husband. Oscar arrives at Tatiana's house with a breakfast that he prepared himself, but when he enters the room he sees her naked and she gets upset. Jessica puts on a mini bathing suit to provoke Oscar.

Oscar begins to work with Don Gervasio. Patico finds out that Oscar is bankrupt but she remains silent as long as he doesn't return to the neighborhood. Nicole rents the room in Doña Ruca's house.

Oscar introduces Patico to Nicole. Alvaro gives Rodolfo Peláez's message that threatens them with death if they don't comply with the agreement. Henry and Nicole begin to get along very well.

Nicole tells Tatiana about Henry. Jessica arrives at Oscar's place as a surprise because she wants to spend a romantic evening with him, but when she finds the apartment empty, Oscar makes up that it was robbed.

Some men threaten Alvaro with death if he does not comply with the agreement. Oscar and Rodolfo serenade Tatiana at the same time, Tatiana has to go out to tell them to be quiet and leave.

Doña Ruca meets with her neighbors and Tatiana to talk about the construction of the new shopping center. Clara throws her husband out of her house for having voted for Oscar; the taxi driver proposes to Alvaro to live in his apartment with him.

Tatiana has the neighborhood children draw pictures to defend their park. Sara hires a private detective to follow her husband. Oscar rents the building to film a soap opera. Tatiana and Oscar kiss passionately.

Tata tells Poncho that she is sure that he is unfaithful. Oscar and Jessica tell Tatiana and Rodolfo that they are getting married, to which Tatiana replies that she and Rodolfo will too. Doña Ruca tells Jessica that she will not allow her to marry Oscar.

Henry and Nicole kiss. Doña Ruca tells her son that Jessica wants to marry him out of her interest, however, he tells her that he already told Jessica the truth and that she doesn't care that he doesn't have money. Oscar throws another party in his apartment.

Oscar shows his neighbors the check he was given for the filming of the show, they are happy because he's getting money for the building. The detective follows Poncho and takes photos of him right when he is talking to Tatiana at the club.

Jessica and her mother ask Oscar for an expensive wedding. Rodolfo asks Tatiana to marry him and gives her an engagement ring. Oscar sees her ring and she confirms that she plans to marry Rodolfo.

Poncho proposes to the residents of the neighborhood to take the money and let them build the shopping center. Clara asks Alvaro to come back to the house, but he tells her that he will when she accepts him as he is. On the other hand, Sara believes that Tatiana is her husband's lover.

Clara asks her husband Alvaro to return home. Sara and all the neighbors find out at the reception that Poncho's lover is Tata.

After finding out that Tata is pregnant, Poncho decides to go live with her. Alvaro returns to his house. Oscar appears at the real estate agency and everyone believes that he is drunk. Sara threatens Poncho with leaving him penniless.

Oscar faints upon entering Tatiana's office and a doctor who is there tells them that he is under the effect of scopolamine. Don Gervasio agrees to be Alicia's boyfriend but Patico thinks he's crazy. Oscar remembers that his taxi was stolen.

Mauricio rents a room in Patico's house. Tatiana meets with the people of the neighborhood to advise them regarding the park. Oscar asks Tatiana not to go with Rodolfo to Miami.

Oscar tells Tatiana that he is going to break up with Jessica. During the bazaar that they threw to collect funds and avoid having the park taken from them, Nicole and Henry, Sara and Poncho, and Alberto and Patico end up arguing. Meanwhile, Oscar and Tatiana dance together.

When they are going to shoot Rodolfo, Oscar jumps in front to save Rodolfo's life. Pelaez warns Alvaro not to say anything to the police or he will have to face the consequences.

Henry and Sara tell their respective ex-spouses that they have to go to court to sign their divorce. Don Gervasio tells the taxi drivers that he is going to sell the company. Oscar regains consciousness and Tatiana kisses him.

Rodolfo finds out that it was Alvaro who betrayed him and shared the information about his trip. Poncho tells Tata that when he divorced Sara, he was left without a penny. Pelaez warns Rodolfo that if he doesn't want to have more problems, he can't fire his partner.

Oscar tells Henry that Tatiana is now his girlfriend. Jessica comes to visit Oscar at the clinic but when he tells her about his relationship with Tatiana, she starts to kiss him. Right at that moment, Tatiana walks in and sees them.

Ligia throws her boyfriend out of her apartment. Don Gervasio returns the company's taxis and goes bankrupt. Meanwhile, Poncho gives money to Mauricio; Sara sees them.

Doña Ruca arrives at her house and finds Nicole doing a striptease for Henry. Tatiana spends the night in the hospital with Oscar, but the next morning the police arrive and arrest him. The neighbors believe that Oscar is behind Rodolfo's kidnapping.

Poncho asks Sara to borrow money from her. Doña Ruca tells Don Gervasio that Oscar is their son, and he gets angry with her for not telling him before. Clara tells the whole building that Oscar was arrested.

Doña Ruca warns Don Gervasio not to tell Oscar anything because she does not want to lose her son. Sara gives Poncho some massages and they end up sleeping together. Tatiana doubts Oscar's innocence.

Alberto and Don Gervasio celebrate because the money they invested in the internet business was a complete success. Doña Ruca goes to Tatiana's office to tell her that her son is innocent and that she is disappointed in her.

Alicia overhears when Henry asked Doña Ruca if she told Oscar about Don Gervasio being his father. With this information, Alicia wants to blackmail the taxi driver's mother, whom she wants to demand that she do whatever she wants if she doesn't want her son to know the whole truth.

Rodolfo's lawyer arrives at the real estate agency to tell him that the charges against him have been dropped. Tatiana invites Rodolfo to stay in her apartment for a few days while he finds a place to live.

Fernando talks to Alicia and tells her that he already knows what she and Jessica want. When Oscar tells Rodolfo that he is going to study business administration, Rodolfo tells him that he will be his professor. Henry and Oscar throw a party to celebrate.

Oscar receives Tatiana, who has just been released from jail, with the news of Jessica's pregnancy. Tatiana is left very upset by the news. The police arrive at the building to proceed with the arrest warrant against Alvaro.

Jessica plans the baptism of her daughter Sol. Don Gervasio is happy with Doña Ruca in his house, so Henry, Oscar and Patico come up with a plan so that Marco Zorro takes longer to fix the damage.

Fernando threatens Jessica with telling Oscar the whole truth if she doesn't pay him the money that same day. Ligia asks Sara not to become a business partner with her boyfriend. Meanwhile, Oscar celebrates his daughter's baptism in the neighborhood.

Oscar invites the residents of his neighborhood to the walk. Sara tells Tata that she will do everything possible to be with Alberto during the trip to get pregnant. Tatiana calls Oscar and asks him to take her.

Everyone is enjoying their trip to Villavicencio. In Bogotá, Alicia has a few drinks with El Zorro. Oscar and Tatiana go to have dinner together.

Tatiana and Jessica go to the pool wearing their bathing suits, leaving everyone present surprised. Meanwhile, Mauricio, Ubaldo, and Vanessa plan to say that thieves broke in and they didn't see it happening.

Don Gervasio lets Poncho stay at the hotel and he takes advantage of this to be with Sara, who, after kissing him, kicks him out of her room. Oscar and Tatiana go to dinner together and later make love in the hotel room.

Rodolfo tells Tatiana that the damage to her apartment was caused by Alvaro, who went over to vent with him. Tata calls Poncho and tells him that she gave his apartment to 'Inmobiliaria Latina' so that they can take care of the renting process.

Fernando manages to seduce Alicia. Henry tells his family that his professor at the university is Rodolfo. Jessica asks Poncho to take her back in the real estate agency and he accepts. Don Gervasio gives an engagement ring to Doña Ruca.

While Nicole goes back to live in Doña Ruca's house, Poncho gives Sara the money that she had asked for the baby. Henry tries to get information from Rivera about the documents that Tatiana has signed.

Alberto, as a shareholder of the taxi company, fires Poncho from his job. The police arrive to arrest Tatiana at her building, but they cannot find her. Doña Ruca asks Tatiana not to turn herself in until they have proof of her innocence.

Oscar talks with his classmates and comes to an agreement to expose a complaint to the university about Rodolfo's arbitrariness. Fernando chokes while eating a fish; the police do the lifting of his body

Tata and Sara give Clara advice on how to win Alvaro back. Jessica arrives at Oscar's apartment to make sure that Tatiana is not there. Meanwhile, Alberto arrives in the neighborhood on his new Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Poncho refuses to show Tata's apartment. Oscar talks to the dean of the faculty and exposes the students' situation with Rodolfo. Doña Ruca and Don Gervasio leave to their town with the idea of getting married in secret.

Oscar tells Tatiana the truth about Henry's situation. Jessica finds out that she is pregnant and when she is about to tell Rodolfo, Alicia stops her. Tatiana calls Rodolfo to question his betrayal.

Oscar catches Tatiana about to leave his apartment and tries to avoid it. Jessica discovers Tatiana's hideout and does not hesitate to reveal this information to her mother. Alicia tries to call the police and expose Tatiana.

The police arrive at the building and capture Tatiana as she exits the elevator. Tatiana is transferred to jail where her cellmates are unfriendly. Jessica faints, which causes Oscar to find out about her pregnancy.

Tatiana begins to establish better relationships with her cellmates. Rodolfo and Oscar each hire lawyers to help Tatiana. Meanwhile, Clara takes pole dance classes to win back her husband.

Tatiana shares with her cellmates the toiletries that Oscar brought her. Alberto withdraws from the partnership with Don Gervasio. Oscar agrees to take responsibility for Jessica's pregnancy.

Doña Ruca and Don Gervasio talk about Jessica's pregnancy, they doubt that Oscar is the father of the baby that Jessica is expecting. Tatiana intervenes on behalf of her fellow inmates in a protest organized in the jail.

Alvaro and Clara rent a room in their apartment to Poncho. Doña Ruca and Don Gervasio get married in secret in their town, but when they're returning to Bogota, their taxi is stolen and they have to spend the night in a pasture near Lake Neusa.

Doña Ruca, Don Gervasio, Tatiana, and Oscar spend the night at the house of the lady who provided them lodging in Neusa. There the taxi driver and Tatiana make love. Jessica makes up that the baby is very sick, which puts pressure on Oscar to return to Bogotá immediately.

Tatiana goes to Oscar's apartment to ask him to turn down the music volume. Later, Oscar goes to Tatiana's apartment to clarify that the party was not his idea. Alvaro is released from prison and is not well received by his neighbors when he arrives at the building.

The encounter between Alvaro and Rodolfo in jail ends in a fight and insults. Tatiana visits Rodolfo in prison to ask him if he is guilty. Rodolfo uses crying and manipulation to convince Tatiana of his innocence.

Oscar tells Jessica that he has definitively ended his relationship with Tatiana and that he wants to marry her as soon as possible. Alvaro receives a visit from his son who complains about his ambition and for leading them to a financial crisis.

Clara goes to visit Alvaro in prison but he's unable to meet her for fear of Pelaez. Tatiana shares her frustrations over the closing of the real estate agency with Oscar, who ends up comforting her with a kiss.

Doña Ruca discovers the truth about Jessica's marriage to Fernando and tells Oscar. Jessica and her mom go to a hotel. Meanwhile, in jail, Pelaez threatens to kill Alvaro.

Poncho goes shopping with Tata and cannot meet the proceeds required from the taxi. On the other hand, the real estate agency reopens its doors and Tatiana is happy. Oscar takes Alicia and Jessica to live in his apartment.

Alicia and Jessica are happy taking advantage of Oscar's kindness, who buys them everything they ask for. Rodolfo tells Tatiana that his only hope is her love. Tatiana convinces Clara to go visit her husband in jail.

After his father promised him a job according to his profession, Poncho is happy at the possibility of leaving his job as a taxi driver. Sara is depressed because she found out that she cannot have children.

Ligia starts drinking with her boyfriend and his friends. Poncho leaves the neighborhood since he is now the controller in charge of all the financial movements of the real estate company. Patico plans to befriend Jessica to get information.

Oscar is happy to be Patico's godparent along together with Tatiana. Rodolfo is released from prison and rejoins his work. The party that Jessica and her mother organized is held in Oscar's apartment, which is full of guests.

Henry rushes to Oscar's apartment in a taxi to help Jessica with the baby, but on the way, he has an accident that leaves him in a delicate state. Patico, Oscar, and the whole family are very worried at the clinic.

After blackmailing Rodolfo with telling Tatiana everything he knows, Alvaro goes back to work at the real estate agency. Jessica talks about her feelings with her mom. Oscar goes to Alicia's house and asks Jessica to return with him to his apartment.

Rodolfo resigns from his job as a professor at the university. Oscar gives a taxi ride to the soccer player El Gato, who after going to see the apartment that Tata is renting, invites the taxi driver to have a drink at the hotel.

El Gato and Oscar become close friends, so the soccer player invites the taxi driver to one of his training sessions. El Gato comes to live at the Fontainebleau building and at Oscar's suggestion, he decides to have a housewarming party in his apartment.

Tatiana goes to El Gato's apartment and they are both delighted upon meeting each other. Patico tells his father that she is thinking about studying at the university. All the men in the building are jealous because their women are showing too much interest for El Gato.

Tatiana tells Rodolfo that she will no longer work with him since she plans to start her own company; Rodolfo disagrees and plans to prevent her from carrying out this project. El Gato asks Oscar to help him win Tatiana over.

Oscar agrees to help Gato win over Tatiana. Alicia tells Doña Ruca that the best thing for Sol is for Jessica and Oscar to get married. Mauricio asks Poncho to rent him a room at Doña Ruca's house.

Sara offers to teach Gato to dance, but when they are practicing, Tatiana sees them kissing. Oscar talks to Tatiana and explains Gato's misunderstanding with Sara; Tatiana decides to go out on a date with the soccer player.

Rodolfo spies on Tatiana and decides to follow her to the place where she is having dinner with El Gato and where Rodolfo creates a jealousy scene. Poncho decides to rent Mauricio a room in Doña Ruca's house.

Don Gervasio hires Poncho as the administrator of the taxi company. Clara asks Ligia to help her prevent Alvaro Junior from leaving for India. In the newspaper, there is an article in which they speak very badly of Tatiana.

Tatiana defends herself against the accusations made at a press conference called by Gato Aguilar. Tatiana goes to Rodolfo's office and tells him that she doesn't want to hear from him again. Oscar teaches Gato to dance.

Mauricio finds Gato dancing with Oscar and tells the neighbors what he saw. Tatiana goes out with Gato to celebrate his new society; he asks her for a chance to make her fall in love and she accepts, on the condition that they take things slowly.

Clara tries to convince Junior not to go to India because he can't leave Ligia alone. He then goes to tell his girlfriend that he will cancel his trip, but she tells him that she thought it over and she will go with him. Tatiana decides to put her apartment up for sale.

Alicia tells her daughter that she supports her decision to tell Oscar that Sol is not her daughter, but that she first has to make sure that Rodolfo is going to take responsibility for the baby. Rodolfo is determined to kill the Gato.

Pelaez declares that the culprits of money laundering were Alvaro and Rodolfo, who, upon learning of their arrest warrant, decide to hide. El Gato proposes to Tatiana that they go to Spain.

Oscar brings Jessica breakfast in bed and proposes to her. Tatiana asks El Gato to move his trip to Spain forward. Meanwhile, Rodolfo, upon learning that Tatiana and El Gato are leaving the country, orders the soccer player to be kidnapped.

Alvaro is injured by Rodolfo after trying to help the soccer player escape. The taxi drivers, the police and Oscar start a chase after the car in which Rodolfo and El Gato are going. Rodolfo is captured by the police.

When Gato finds out about the love story between Oscar and Tatiana, he decides to leave and travel abroad. Jessica is worried about Rodolfo after being told that he was crazy. Sol is sick.

Don Gervasio tells Poncho that now he has to work with Alberto, whom he has decided to give another chance. Jessica and Oscar take Sol to the clinic; the doctor tells them that they will have to leave her under medical observation.

The doctor tells Jessica and Oscar that Sol needs a blood transfusion from her father. Worried, Jessica goes to jail to visit Rodolfo to ask him to help her save their daughter.

Jessica goes to tell Tatiana the whole truth about who Sol's real father is and she takes the opportunity to apologize for all the damage she has caused them. Oscar finds out that he cannot be the blood donor for Sol because he is not her father.

Jessica apologizes to Oscar for all the damage she has done to him. Alberto realizes the scam that Poncho is doing in the taxi company and calls the police to have him arrested. Rodolfo agrees to do the blood transfusion.

Rodolfo arrives at the clinic to donate blood for Sol, but while there he escapes with Jessica. He convinces her that he is in love with her and wants to go away with their daughter.

While Don Gervasio forgives Poncho and decides to give him another chance, Jessica and Rodolfo hide from the police. Oscar throws a party in his apartment and in front of all his neighbors and family, he asks Tatiana to marry him.

Tatiana accepts Oscar's proposal to marry him. Meanwhile, Zorro goes to Alicia's house and confesses that he is in love with her.

Marco Zorro serenades Alicia with mariachis. Tatiana hires Frank, the designer, to organize her wedding with Oscar.

Frank is in charge of buying Oscar new clothes and taking him to a beauty salon. Meanwhile, in prison, Pelaez organizes a riot to escape with Alvaro.

Alvaro escapes from Rodolfo's cabin to go visit his wife, but when Clara opens the door and sees him, she screams in terror. Oscar thinks about the possibility that Jessica escaped with Rodolfo.

Don Gervasio talks to Tata on the phone to tell her that Poncho has changed and all he needs is to be with his daughter. Rodolfo calls Oscar and blackmails him with Jessica's life.

Mauricio and Ubaldo take the exam for the supervisor competition. On the other hand, Rodolfo calls Oscar to tell him that he knows all his moves and he has to fulfill his part of the deal.

During the physical tests for the supervisor contest, Mauricio finds it difficult to pass them. Oscar decides to tell Patico about Rodolfo's blackmail; she tells him it's best to tell Tatiana.

Tatiana and Oscar decide to act and pretend in front of all their neighbors so that they all believe their relationship is over and thus discover who Rodolfo's informant is.

When Jessica finds out about Rodolfo's plans, she decides to run away from her but he notices and stops her. Tatiana and Oscar continue to pretend they've broken up in front of everyone.

Oscar and Tatiana continue with their plan but the moment she leaves Oscar's apartment, Clara sees her and tells her that she needs to talk about Alvaro and also questions her relationship with Oscar.

Tata tells Poncho that she came back to give him a chance and start a family with their daughter. Meanwhile, Alvaro leaves the cabin once again to meet Clara and Rodolfo catches him.

Sara tells Poncho that the best thing is for him to be with Tata and his daughter. On the other hand, Clara calls Rodolfo to tell him that she does not want to continue giving him information about Oscar and Tatiana.

In the psychological test, the doctor decides to send Mauricio to a psychiatric hospital since he believes that the ghosts he claims to see are real. Clara confesses the truth to Tatiana and Oscar about being Rodolfo's informant.

Rodolfo follows Tatiana in a shopping mall and when Oscar arrives to pick her up, he threatens them and points a gun at them.

After Rodolfo manages to escape from the mall, he arrives very angry at the farm where he hides with his accomplices. There, he loses control of the situation and Peláez and Álvaro turn against him.

Alvaro goes to visit his wife, and that is when Tatiana and Oscar confirm that he is alive. The police immediately capture Alvaro along with his wife for being an accomplice in his escape.

Clara convinces her husband to tell the police everything he knows. Rodolfo takes advantage of the fact that he is alone with Pelaez looking for the money to escape.

Tata finds out that Sara and Poncho were living together before her arrival, so Tata decides to break up with Poncho. Pelaez holds Jessica hostage while he tries to make a deal with the police.

The police manage to capture Pelaez and let Jessica go free. Don Gervasio tries to convince Poncho to invest in the internet business.

Alicia goes with her husband to the farm that he inherited. Don Gervasio's money, which Poncho had invested in the internet, multiplies and Oscar's entire family decides to go live in the Fontainebleau building. Oscar and Tatiana prepare for their wedding.

Rodolfo is arrested by the police during his attempt to prevent Oscar and Tatiana's wedding. Oscar and Tatiana finally get married and have a son named Henry. Patico and Oscar celebrate their graduation with all their friends and family.
