Qin Shi seems to be the winner of life. Just turned 30, she's already a senior associate at Honesty & Prudence, with a husband that everyone's jealous of. But Qin Shi is not satisfied yet with all these. What she is aiming is to join the Corporate Department of the company.

The news is soon spread around the office. Everyone immediately adjusts their attitude. They all know that whoever is able to get Ms. Lan as their client will be able to go to the 11th floor. Li Dai will be bringing an assistant to the 11th floor, so everybody wants to be that assistant.

Before going to the charity gala, Qin Shi first goes to visit Yang Hua's family with him. What she's trying to do is to get Yang Hua's mother to surrender. But things are not as simple as she expects, because Yang Hua's mother knows her son too well.

Yang Hua remembers his luggage is still at Qin Shi's, so he calls her. Qin Shi is very concerned about the problem with Lowe & Magnolia that Yang Hua talked about. Yang Hua then shows his analysis on why there's something fishy about the company.

Honesty & Prudence is now in danger. Jin finally decides to keep Lowe's secret for the sake of the law firm. After learning that the analysis is made by Yang Hua, Jin immediately asks Qin Shi to keep Yang Hua's mouth shut.

Tao Junhui turns up near Qin Shi's place, where the two used to live together. He has been thinking a lot about their past. Then he bumps into Yang Hua, who is on his way home.

Qin Shi receives an email from Wu Fei on the way to work, and immediately gets an urgency call from Tang Yihui. Zhao Dan is coming to the office, and she needs Qin Shi's help.

The relationship between the allies has subtle changes. Meanwhile, Li Dai finds out a surprising truth about their real relationship relying on the information given by Yang Hua's mother.

Qin Shi joins a party with Yang Hua, who is uncomfortable for it due to his identity. Li Dai also attends the party as a candidate for partnership of the law firm. Li Dai wants to investigate the sercret between them.

Li Dai and Qin Shi pretend to be reluctant to take the case. However, they order their assistants to take action when they return their office and hope to take the case successfully. Meanwhile, Qin Shi remembers that Tang Yihui has told her not to take the case since it is a hot potato.

Qin Shi and Yanghua rush to the airport and find Ms. Lan waiting for Pang Dingfang. They accompany her till midnight, until Ms. Lan understands that she's been deceived. Ms. Lan decides to file for a divorce and requests Qin Shi to take this case.

Tao Junhui asks Qin Shi for a meet-up after work. Meanwhile, in the office, Qin Shi receives a parcel, threatening her to stay out of it. As she is on her way to meet Junhui, some gangsters appear.

Li Dai shows Qin Shi a recording about her secret to prove that Yang Hua and she haven't got married yet. Li Dai says she will not expose her secret due to thank for her help. However, Li Dai hope her to quit the competition. Qin Shi discuss the solution with Yang Hua at home.

Qin Shi questions why Yang Hua suddenly suggests getting married with her. Yang Hua pretend not to like her, and also list out the benefits about their sham marriage. Yang Hua even prepares a prenuptial agreement.

Qin Shi tells the truth about breakup with Tao Junhui to her family. Since Tao's family regards the children of the broken family as bad, she could not tell him the real situation about her family.

Qin Shi and Yang Hua hurry to the Bureau of Civil Affairs to get a marriage certificate after getting their household registration booklets. Actually, Both of them want to start a romantic relationship but they are hestitate because of the Prenuptial Agreement.

Yang Hua confesses his love to Qin Shi on the phone after getting drunk. Yang Hua's best friend tells her not to hurt Yang Hua when she pick him up in the restaurant.

When Qin Shi is tormented by unfamiliar economic-related laws and regulations, she receives a call from Meimei. Meimei regrets to let Wenyu manage the business. However, Wenyu is not good at management, and someone calls Meimei to pick up his slack.

Qin Shi cannot believe that her sham marriage will come true, she is so nervous about it. Yang Hua always keeps her company and supports her although there are a lot of complicated steps and process in the wedding.

Yang Hua is hard to find a job so he hopes his friend, Cai Liang to help him. Cai Liang tells Yang Hua that there is a position in his depatment but it may not be suitable for him since he needs to communicate with others frequently. Unbelievably, Yang Hua accepts his recommendation. Yang Hua's parents are happy with it.

Yang Hua hates to see Qin Shi who works at the Archives, He also feels jealous when Tao Junhui cares about her. Qin Shi tells him that Tao Junhui believes she has an affair with Yang Hua when they break up before.

On behalf of Li Dai's client, Cao Yiren, she discusses prenuptial agreement with Qin Shi's Firm. As the enemy of Qin Shi, Li Dai knows her well, also she tells Qin Shi about the rich woman who buy a watch to thank her client only. Thus, there is nothing between them.

Wu Fei finds out about the contract between her father and her boss, Tang Yihui. Her father hopes to deter her from getting married to Tao Junhui but he fails. Therefore, Wu Fei's father plays his trump card and posted to her some photos capturing intimate behavior between Tao Junhui and Qin Shi.

After receiving the photo, Wu Fei confronted Tang Yihui angrily but Tang says suspicion and jealousy are useless at this moment. A prenuptial agreement is a touchstone for testing their relationship between them.

Tao Junhui and Wu Fei meet each other's parents in the restaurant. Junhui's mother is pleased that Mr. Wu bought an apartment. But when she realizes Junhui signed the prenup, she feels that Mr. Wu did not respect her son.

Qin Shi and Yang Hua arrive the ballroom only to realize this is not a private party, but an award ceremony which has gathered the people of finance industry. Yang Hua who is usually not a social person, becomes the centre of attention.
