A bank robbery shocks a small Flemish town. The hostage takers barricaded themselves inside, where they held a number of bank employees and customers hostage. The police arrive at the scene and try to contain the situation. Negotiations begin

Early in the morning in a small Flemish town. Two thieves go to a bank branch and take the staff, a client and two children hostage. As soon as the police arrive, negotiations begin.

A shooting incident threatens to escalate the entire situation. Ivo wants to find out what is going on in the bank. Ibrahim is struggling with the negotiations and Vos cannot get her sick father out of her head.

The robbers put hostages to work to bring as much money as possible to safety, but not every hostage is willing to work with slaves. And when the police take drastic action, the situation threatens to get out of hand.

Vos is taken away from the case against her will. However, she cannot let go of the hostage and the suspicion continues to be that something is not right. She makes a discovery that sheds new light on the entire situation.

It is clear that one of the hostages knows more about the robbery, but there is great mutual distrust. The robbers are faced with unexpected visitors, and Susan faces a difficult dilemma.

The police quietly invade the bank in an attempt to free the victims. However, the robbers appear to have disappeared with a number of hostages. Vos and her colleagues try to keep in touch with the hostage takers.

The nervousness is increasing among the robbers now that the police are increasingly chasing them. They try to take off, but Walter and Noor fight back. Serge faces a tough confrontation.

Noor has disappeared without a trace. A search is set up. Meanwhile, Ibrahim and his colleagues start the interrogations of the freed hostages. Ibrahim is convinced that someone is lying.

The search for Noor is continued with power. Meanwhile, Elias and his henchmen continue to work out their plans and agree to share the stolen money. But that does not go as everyone expects.

The denouement is approaching. The police and the robbers return to face each other and the situation degenerates into a new hostage. The nerves are tense, the confrontation can get out of hand at any time.

Elias and Tommy have forced themselves into the home of Rolf, who is surrounded by the police. They try to keep a cool head, but lies and new discoveries drive the situation to a boiling point.
